Privacy Policy

This policy explains how LVGRV ("I", "me") collects and uses personal data when you use this website and the client portal, in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Data I collect

  • Enquiries: when you use the contact form, your name, email, optional company, and message.
  • Portal accounts: for clients I work with — name, email, an encrypted password, and the project information needed to deliver the engagement (status, messages, documents, milestones, RAID items).
  • Technical data: standard server logs and, if enabled, privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.

How I use it & legal basis

  • To respond to enquiries (legitimate interest).
  • To deliver and administer client engagements (performance of a contract).
  • To keep the service secure (legitimate interest / legal obligation).

Sharing & processors

I don't sell your data. I use a small number of reputable processors to run the service — hosting, a managed PostgreSQL database, transactional email, and document storage — each bound by data-processing terms.

Retention

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable follow-up. Portal data is retained for the life of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted on request.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Contact hello@lvgrv.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
