Services

The website provides information about my consulting services. The client portal is provided to active clients to track project status, exchange documents and messages, and approve key stages.

Accounts

Portal accounts are issued by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify me immediately of any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to access data that isn't yours.
• Don't upload malicious files or unlawful content.
• Don't disrupt or probe the service or its security.

Intellectual property

Deliverables and their licensing are governed by your individual engagement agreement. Site content and branding remain my property.

Liability

The website is provided "as is". Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Engagement-specific terms take precedence over these general terms.
